I  am trying to submit proof of my new residence from overseas, in order to get the ETF Waiver.  I continue to get the message:

We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time.

Verizon, you insisted upon receiving proof of my new residence, and claimed that my U.S. federal government orders were not sufficient because they did not list my new address.  How can I submit this so that you refund me the money that you owe me?

This is so annoying.  I am new in this country and have many other things to do to settle in here, but instead I am wasting time trying to claw back money from Verizon.

Please send me a solution at your earliest convenience.

Hello, intltrvlr, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue with sending your information. To make sure we're on the same page, can you provide additional details regarding your request? Did you have a Verizon account previously that is now closed? If so, you mentioned an early termination fee. Is this in reference to a consumer or business account?

Every time I try to sign into my Verizon mobile app and I enter the answer to my security question, I receive a message that says, We're Sorry.  We are unable to process your request at this time.  For more information about Verizon products and services, visit verizon.com.  If you continue to experience problems, please contact us at .....  I've seen in chats that a lot of people are experiencing this too.  Very frustrating.

We never want oru customers to have any problems accessing their account, and we're sorry for the issues so far. Can you please try resetting your password and trying to log in again after? If possible, also try clearing your browsers cookies/cache or using a different browser altogether. You can reset your password here: https://secure.verizon.com/account/forgot-password/start
