Whats Going On For The Longtime Customers

Why do we post here do Verizon care enough to change anything .They seem to only care about new customers and not the long loyal customers..And the worst thing is cash only and you barely speck to anyone that's here in America ..You telling me about my account from the Philippines...I'm not happy with Verizon they don't give nor do anything for longtime customers.

Hello amanda8724. This is definitely not how we want you to feel. Our customer's loyalty mean the world to us. The promotions we offer may have some requirements, but we're always trying to get the best value for our customers. Is there anything in particular we can help you with?

I posted here in April they don't care..I need a new phone .I been a customer for 7 years and they will say a phone on us then want me to put down payment of 1500 dollars that's not on us ..I can't get a free phone for being a loyal customer for 7 years..They don't care someone supposed to have called me on 10/23 to discuss this NO ONE HAVE CALLED IM GOING TO CHECK T MOBILE I THINK THEY CARE ALOT ABOUT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS..VERIZON ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY ..THEY DONT GIVE ME ANYTHING I HAVE GIVEN THOUSAND OF DOLLARS I CANT GET A PHONE..NO ONE CALLED ME AS PROMISED .SOENDING LIMIT 250 .WHAT CAN I GET WITH THAT IN 2024
