Why can we not upload audio files (e.g., MP3) to serve as a voicemail OGM???

Hello.

So, when I look at my calendar, it's the year 2024, and it's closing in on 2025 quickly.

Why, in the name of all that is holy, are Verizon Wireless mobile customers unable to upload an audio file in their online account to serve as an outgoing message for their voicemail????

Some of us prefer to project a more (shall I say) "polished" image when people call us and we're unable to get to the phone at the moment.

We have cars that drive themselves, nowadays (how well they do that, however, may be a sore subject and one for viable debate). Why can't we have something as simple as the ability to upload an MP3 file to be presented as an OGM when someone calls?

Particularly on what is supposed to be the "largest, most sophisticated" mobile network in the US...

I can see this has been a feature request for many years. It's way past time to actively respond to the demand.
