Ordered my phone on December 14th. There is no way for the customer to change delivery date or have it sent elsewhere, which is absolutely ridiculous. So I was told the only way to change this was to cancel my first order, and then re-order the phone. I must have spoken to 6-7 people in this process. So the first person said the order was cancelled, and the new one was coming. Never arrived. Called back, was told the order wasnโt cancelled. Waited some more. Called back, the order was cancelled and they would have to re-order. After spending an half hour figuring out how I could get my phone ( including having it delivered to a nearby store, but oops that wasnโt an option at several locations) but it would have to be shipped to my house again. Offered to rush it, and it would arrive in 2 days, but I would have to pay for that service! Absolutely not! So they waived the fee (gee, thanks! Itโs the least Verizon could do). So I was PROMISED my phone would arrive on Saturday, December 28th. Well, itโs Saturday. No phone has appeared. Tried to look on UPS to track it. Nothing. No indication that his been sent. If I wasnโt so infuriated this would be comical. I have honestly never been so aggravated with a experience in trying to have anything delivered ever. Absolutely ridiculous. Looking to change providers ASAP!
