customer service rep deserves kudos

I had a great customer service experience with a lady named Amber today. Not only was she such a pleasure to interact with, she solved my issues, addressed my concerns, and went above and beyond.... all of that and it's her birthday! I wish her such a happy birthday... unfortunately I did not get the chance to send the positive (glowing) feedback as the app made it unclickable when it came up. I want to make sure she gets the glowing review as I'm quite pleased and she absolutely deserves it. ...I think she also deserves a nice gift for dealing with customers on her birthday of all things as well!
