I have a complaint and Your customer service reps are not helping. The customer service that your company have now us terrible, Im trying to contact legal due to the issues that I have been having and you have people that dont understand what is being conveyed to them. I have been with verizon for years now. It use to be top tier and now you dont care about your customers and the business accounts- I need someone to contact me about my business account and the transactions. I was told on 2 different occasions that they took care of 2 different things to find out it was all lies. Too much to type.

I have a similar issue. It is virtually impossible to formally complain so like you, I am resorting to this community discussion which i am sure Verizon probably ignores. I have spent hours on the chat with no resolution.
My issue is that when I try to login my mobile number is not recognised. The repeated advice is that i need to login in first!
I have provided every bit of information from addresses, IMEI details but nothing ever gets resolved.
Verison is just quick to tell me when my next payment is due and has no issue accepting payment.
I am moving to a new provider!

Make it make sense and not to mention the language barrier with some of their agents. I can tell them my issue and they do not understand me. One day I was transferred to the wrong department about 5 times and still didn't get my issue resolved. I just had an issue again 2 days ago and they were trying to overcharge me. Finally after about 5-6 different agents and me being hung up about 2 times and 1 agent put me on hold and never came back to the call. I called back and finally got an agent that listened and found the issue and she claimed she fixed it. I will see today since I have to make a payment today. Now about 7-8 years ago I would say they were top tier However now its bottom barrell! Just sad

Have you tried using your username instead of the mobile number? Have you tried clearing cache, cookies and history on your web browser and retrying?
