Why is it so difficult to speak directly with an agent.

 If you can't get past the AI bot when you call, use live chat through My Verizon and type "live agent".  Otherwise, you have to stay logged in on these forums and wait for your private message icon to notify you of a new message, if you want a CS rep from the forums to assist.
