Had a phone stolen during shipping to the store. 3 days later and still no help from Verizon other than I have to wait for the “back end” to cancel the contract so I can order a new phone. Keep getting told to wait up to or more than 24 hours, so essentially now until infinity. According to customer service the “back end” doesn’t have phone and can’t be contacted. Today I spent an hour on the phone being told it can take days or weeks to cancel the contract then got bounced to 3 different departments until someone finally hung up on me, and no call back.
Been a Verizon customer for 15 years, thinking it’s time to start exploring other carriers cuz this is a joke.
