i have been with verizon for 16 + years and the cusromer service has only goitten worse and worse i have been call in for 3 hours this morning trying to speak to some one about my account  all i do is get run around and handed off from one to another   i call and call but just get some one who hands me off to another or lies aboiut not transferring me to correct place but they expect me to just wait and wait and maybe i will go away but i dont pay for a service to be disrespect   i am beyond angry and mad i am not just  just go away all i get is untruthful comments i emailed CEo and still nothing i will continue to email entire board and then the media if neeed  i am had enough of it  i have no choice  it cant continue this way a multi billion dollar company and yet no service what so ever it should not take over 6 m onths to get bills straightened out   unknown adds on and perks and sicount appear and then  dissapear and yet just excuses  trying to get straight action is a dream i guess  i think verizon feels that im just a little peopn  and they dont care about helping an one out

The only thing I got was on hold for an hour and a half. No answers so no I have not got a response as of yet. No nobody's answering the phone. Aspen and Executive Relations does not answer the phone. She's going on vacation tomorrow, so I have to wait supposedly another week Till she gets back. Nobody else answers their phone. She don't even answer the phone so no I have not gotten any answers at all
