mail fraud

Question

Hi,

Someone is using my mailing adress. That person is opening several Verizon accounts from different places in the country ( OK, NJ,..), each time using my mailing adress. I always sent back the mail. writing "do not live here", "return to sender". I would like some help to stop  receiving unwanting mail.

Contact Verizon's Fraud Department at 888-483-7200 if this person is only using your address and not your bank accounts.  If, however, there are also fraudulent charges appearing on your credit cards or other bank accounts, that's a bigger issue of which I'd suggest doing an internet search for "identity theft" as there are agencies out there to help with this and it's a complex process to get straightened out.
