mobile E911 address update not allowing entry for some numbers on plan

under E911 edit, only some addresses are showing up so I don't see some family members and don't know what address will show up for emergency responders.

I do understand that if not designated, the billing address will be the default.

pregnant daughter and disabled sister in law on account....worried if they call 911 the emergency service will show up at the billing address (mine). They do not live at billing address.

Already spoke with Verizon multiple times......result is they said I should post on this forum and tech department from Verizon will respond.

I need to see all phone numbers for people not living with me and the E911 address associated with their device.

Also, the Verizon rep said some phones might not have the Verizon app but that shouldn't affect their ability to have E911 address corrected.

What I need to see:  under account management, E911 addresses should show up with the corresponding address.

Thank you.

Great question 50-50Kay. First, congratulation on the upcoming addition to your family! We definately want your daughter to be able to contact emergency services. What do you see on MyVerizon Website when updating E911 address? Here is a guide to help. My Verizon Website - Update Connected Device Emergency Address (E911):  https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-202066/

There's nothing in the link about having more lines than entries in the E911 table, which is the problem both the OP and I have.

I have 5 lines. The New York and California lines have their E911 addresses in the table, and there's nothing for the 2 middle of the country lines. How do we get n entry spots for n lines????

Hi squawkbert. Thanks for reaching out, your safety is absolutely a top concern! The phone lines are E911 capable and will automatically pull the location they are at if/when 911 is called. Was this a concern for a cell phone line or an additional line like a watch?
