This is not the first time this has happened but I go into my verizon account and when I attempt to access call or message logs it says no call logs available for this line / no message logs available for this line. This is the case for all the phones on my account. I tried to contact the customer service line and got a lady with a thick accent that basically made me go through the same process of viewing it on both my phone and computer with the same results. She then said she would put in a ticket to resolve but a few days later same issue. Getting frustrated with verizon who in my opinion used to be the best carrier. Also at one point had the best customer service. Not so sure anymore though.
