not getting rebate escalation help required

HI

I got new account in verizon where I prot in 4 lines. while activation of 4 line there was error happend and now I am not seeing $200 rebate for that line. I talked with customer care multiple times every time I got some ETA for its resolution and every time agent agreed I should get rebate for all line. Now I want to escalate this matter any idea how I can do that
