If I want to add my spose to my current Verizon plan how can I get his current phone number transferred. He current number is associated with a verizon plan through his work.
I've heard of problems with trying to get a line off a business account and into a personal one, because business accounts and personal accounts are 2 different parts of the company so it's an apples and oranges thing. However, did find this on the Business section of the website about transfers of service. Your spouse's employer needs to login to their business account and initiate a line release. The wording seems a little confusing, because it first says transfers can be done between businesses, but later says it can be done for personal line transfers?
Hello Mcandela14: we are so happy to help you with your inquiry. There is a process called a Transfer of Service. You are able to move a line from an existing Verizon account to your own. This does also require consent from the Account Owner responsible for your husband's line. I'll include a resource below to tell you more about this process.
