switch upgrade phone to a different line

I have 3 lines.  One line has been recently upgraded.  The remaining 2 lines are both eligible for upgrade.  One of the phones on these 2 lines broke.  I ordered an iphone through Verizon to upgrade that line.  I received the phone.

Now the "broken" phone works.  I would like to use this new phone to upgrade the other eligible line.  Can I do this?  If so, how do I do switch the upgrade to this other line?

Hello, slm1313, thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear one of yoru devices recently broke, but that's great to hear you were able to get a replacement. To make sure we're on the same page, did the phone that was recently upgraded break or was this one of the two that was eligible to upgrade? You mentioned you're looking to switch the upgrade to another line. Are you simply looking to activate the phone on another number or switch the payment agreement to another number?

The new phone we received was to replace the broken phone.   But now the broken phone has been repaired and is working fine.  So we would like to take this new phone and activate it on another line.  Both of these lines are on the same plane.
