usage logs are not showing online

Is there a reason usage logs no longer show when you log in?
I can see them for the previous month on a bill, but it used to be live so I could look on
a daily if I wanted to. #verizonhelp #usage #logs

They sometimes aren't available if it's the beginning of your billing cycle. They also have been an issue for users the past few weeks for unknown reasons, like in this thread:
