After 15 or 20 years w Verizon, w no problems, I just moved to the outer Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco, and now everyone who tries to call me gets a message saying "This is Verizon Wireless. This call has calling restrictions." They can't leave a voicemail, they can't get through. I put a notice on Nextdoor asking neighbors, and a bunch of people said they have the same problems w Verizon out here. I spent an hour on the phone with some rep in India or somewhere last week, she assured me the tower in my neighborhood would be repaired "...in 3-5 business days." That was 10 business days ago., I have to fix this TODAY or get a new carrier before I lose all my friends, who all think I've blocked them!
