I live in area code 90018. about a month ago, my calls started dropping mid call. When I try to call back or text, I get a failure message. I have 2 verizon phone in my home. one I pay for one provided by my government job. This happens on BOTH phones. Even 911 wont go through when this happens. I've lived in the same spot for 25 years. I worked from home without issue until now. I spent 6 hours texting back and forth with service and even went to the store. Verizon offered an extender, but came back and said it's too expensive. Then they tried selling me an upgraded plan, a new sim card or the cube thing. Why should I have to pay extra when the service degraded over the past month? It's already too expensive.
