After performing a factory rest on my phone (GZone Commando) I was prompted to "Activate" my phone when I did so I got an announcement saying...

"Welcome to verizon wireless the number you dialed has been changed disconnected or is no longer in service.

If you feel have reached this recording in error check the number and try again"

and then

"Announcement 2 Switch 1 0 1 5 - 5"
