I have been without internet for 8 days now. I cant get anyone to help me, just keep transferring me to someone else. I try to call on my phone but since my phone is on a seperate plan i cant get anyone to talk to me about my internet plan. I am ready to cancel services completely. What is the fastest way?

STERUP32,
We value your loyalty and wouldn't want to see you go anywhere else. Eight days is far too long to be without service. I want to make sure this is solved and you get back to enjoying your service quickly. I have sent you a private message. Please reply when you are able so we can fully assist you.

Verizon employees at the stores make it very clear that you cannot disconnect any lines in the store, online or over the phone. They make it impossible so that you will forget about it and keep paying the monthly bill. We had 2 Gizmo watches that our kids grew out of. Two years and over $300 later I finally found the phone number to cancel those lines. It's a shady business practice. The only way to get the phone number is from a brick and mortar store on a piece of paper (business card) then to call and be upsold on new products, services and offers.
Here is that disconnect phone number: 0 800 329 0717.

It sounds to me like they tried calling Verizon wireless to cancel their home internet but I could be reading wrong.
