I have been with Verizon for over 8 years and whenever I try to get help with connection issues I get the run around and just have to deal with paying for unstable or no data connection for a while. I don't have internet at home and I use my phone for work. I get bouts of no service for the past few weeks and customer service says I am in the green. I get "sent" to tech 2 and don't actually get there. What i get is nothing but the run around and sent back to tech-1 3-times. Do the reverification process over and over again to go through the same steps with each person to get the same answer of I can't help you. What makes me more upset is each person is just trying to get me to upgrade my phone or to buy internet through you guys and I would like for what I already pay for to work properly. Why would I pay for more things to get the same level of service from you I think you should focus more on solving my issues.
