Coverage barely there

Seems I’m not alone with dwindling cell service.  If it weren’t for wifi, I couldn’t reliably make a call from my own home.  Lots of failed calls as well.  I’ve used Verizon from the beginning, initially attracted to its extensive coverage (which is a joke now).  Most of my friends use different providers and pay MUCH less.  I’ve been reading comment after comment complaining of the exact same thing.  Why am I even sticking around??

I know how important it is to me that my services are working where I need them, and that I am getting the value out of what I am spending for that services, Awfulcoverage. While there are a number of factors outside of our control that can impact indoor coverage, I am glad that you're able to use Wi-Fi calling to help indoors. We wanted to make sure we helped take a look at your concerns to ensure it's not happening elsewhere. You mentioned calls failing, is this also happening while on Wi-Fi calling? When did this issue first start happening? What other services aren't working (texts & data)?
