I have been in contact with someone with Verizon on a consistent basis for over a month, dealing with problems that have been going on for 4-5 months. I have extremely slow mobile data speeds. The highest I have gotten in over a month is 0.69 mbps of download speed. The gentleman from tier 2 tech support said I was guaranteed 1-12 mbps. I have speed test records that show I have never gotten my guaranteed speed since I notified tech support of the issue. I have been through tier 2 tech support an ungodly amount of times. They have turned in 4 tickets to engineers and IT departments. I have been sent two warranty replacement iPhone XRโ€™s. I have been given two new SIM cards. I have reset the phone, network settings, you name it and Iโ€™ve probably done it! The only option I feel that I have left is to file a grievance with an arbitrator, unless someone offers me some better advice here. I am tired of paying over $120 a month for service that isnโ€™t worth dirt. Itโ€™s pitiful that the largest provider of cell service is this terrible. I live in a well populated area  (ZIP Codes: 35645, 35634, 35630, 35661) with more than adequate coverage, as told to me by the results of some of the work tickets turned in on my behalf. Iโ€™m done being messed up over and getting told tough luck by customer support. Enough is enough.

If you've already changed phones, sim cards and did network resets, it's time to find a new carrier.
