I have a phone that was on a Verizon phone plan. The phone is on a device payment agreement. I’m currently trying to sell the phone. Phone is currently unlocked. If I pay off the device payment agreement but there is still a small balance as far as my bill, can someone who buys the phone go and get it connected under their name?
