I have a phone that was on a Verizon phone plan. The phone is on a device payment agreement. I’m currently trying to sell the phone. Phone is currently unlocked. If I pay off the device payment agreement but there is still a small balance as far as my bill, can someone who buys the phone go and get it connected under their name?
morgancourtney, yes someon would be able to start service with the device in their own name if the device is unlocked.
