There is no correct answer button but even if there was, it does not appear that anyone from Verizon has figured out the problem yet. The issue is related to the upload latency error. Upload error needs to be addressed. Can you please pass the message along? I’m also experiencing the issue and unfortunately I’m not a Verizon engineer to help debug and fix.
