Horrible coverage

I cannot believe that the most expensive wireless provider on the planet has such poor coverage. I live in the largest city in NH. I don't live in death valley. Yet I cannot make a simple phone call in Manchester, NH. I am paying $300 a month for this?

What model of phone are you currently using?

I have the Pixel. It is not the phone. I have spoken to people in your Manchester store who live in the same part of town. They agree that this is a dead zone.

You should have service that you can rely on, and that is what we want for you. I'd love to collect more information to try and get to the bottom of this. What is the zip code, or zip codes, where this occurs? Is the issue with dropped calls, or inability to make a call in the first place? Does this occur primarily indoors or outdoors?

I would be very surprised if Verizon did not have a huge file filled with complaints from people living in this area. This is my second attempt at getting this fixed. For what you charge, I should be able to make a phone call from the biggest city in the state of NH.

There is a well-known dead zone in zip code 03104. Just today, I was at your store in Manchester speaking with a salesperson and they knew exactly where I was referring to (that is the second employee in that store that confirmed the area is a dead zone0.

The problem is the inability to make a call, and if you are on the phone when entering this area, the call is lost.

Your not the only one suffering from this. I live in Reading PA and have been battling an issue with my Kyocra Duraforce pro. I can receive calls and people can barely hear me back before the call gets dropped. My friend with a very old Verizon phone has 4 to 5 bars in the same apartment that I get 1 maybe 2 bars in here

We don't want you to fight this battle alone. Your device is designed to retrieve signal from the nearest and best wireless tower in the area. However, signal can be challenging indoors due to restrictions caused by the materials that your apartment building was built with. As a result, no wireless provider can guarantee services in all building structures. Have you always had issues at this location? Do you have access to Wi-Fi in your apartment home?

I use wi fi at home or else I would not be able to make a call. When I step outside and no longer have wi fi, calls are done. IT IS A DEAD ZONE.

I'm terribly sorry for the delay in answering this last post, frustrated101. We’re always reviewing areas for service opportunities. I’d like to take a closer look at things from this end. While I understand and appreciate the information about a “dead zone”, we need more specific information.
