Horrible service in Villa Rica, Ga

Service in Villa Rica, Ga is horrible! I've called and gone into the store so many times over the passed 3 years with no luck. And I swear it's getting worse. It use to be that only my data didn't work even though I would have bars but now it takes 20 minutes to even send a text. Even clients that come into my work complain about it. Are they ever going to add towers or fix existing towers here?

It doesn't matter if I'm inside or outside. Most of the time calls are not affected And it shows 3 bars with LTE.
