I have been trying to find a place to contact corporate to file a complaint with no luck. I have a warranty issue that Verizon Wireless is refusing to help me with and I'd like to speak with someone who can actually make a situation right without having me on the phone for 5 hours at a time and on live chat for 4 hours at a time. Any suggestions?
