I use an iPhone 7 Plus, and have for about a year now. Until recently I'd typically get about 3-4 bars of service, but over the last month or so the signal is so poor in the same location that it often drops from LTE to a single bar of 1x. Calls and data won't even go through, and time out.
I'm trying to contact customer support but it's like Verizon actively goes out of their way to hide their contact info.
