I was offered a iphone 13 with a trade in of device. We made the deal but i didnt trade in the phone yet. Later on i exchanged the iphone 13 for a 13 pro max. I went to trade in the phone that i have later on and they couldnt do it because they right amount of money they promised for the trade in was incorrect. Has anyone had this problem before?
