Multiple Ongoing Service Issues

I have been with Verizon for over 4 years and I must say, looking back, I wish I never went with this company. Their reward for being a "valued" customer has been increasingly poor network service, problems with not being able to turn off autopay and weeks of talking to agents who assured me it was off only to have my bank account overdrawn again and again, adding hundreds of dollars in fees both from Verizon and my bank. When it was finally resolved, they offered a measly $50 off my next bill and then told me they had already done more than they were allowed.

Phones that were replaced for a $200 deductible were refurbished. They would have 5G disabled on a 5G capable phone, apps would crash constantly, and updates would break the OS. The only resolution they offered was to pay again to have it repaired or replaced, or buy a new phone which cancels any promotions you have on it. To top it off, my son's replacement phone still had access to someone else's social media accounts and apps that were previously used by the old owner of the phone. That means they don't even check to make sure the refurbished phones are wiped clean before sending them to other people.

As soon as my phones are paid off I will be finding a company who knows how to show "valued" customers true value, and not schemes to rip them off. I don't care what they promise me in order to stay.
