Network Extender - You are not on network extender coverage

I'm on my 3rd extender. First two would not activate. After getting the third, I called Verizon to activate the mac id and was able to active the extender, however, now that the device is active I cannot connect to it. Please help.

That certainly sounds like a lot of trouble with network extenders, Teamplaya. I'm glad you were able to successfully get the last one activated to only have issues connecting to the extender. You're in the right place for help. What happens when you dial #48 from your phone when you're in range of the extender? What make & model phone are you using? Are others in your household having trouble connecting to the extender?
