My service was out all day yesterday. I have home internet and all my devices had no connection to service in my area. I called multiple time and kept getting transferred. They kept telling me there was no outages in my area but I literally couldn’t call or use any service until I drove 3 miles away from my house. I kept telling the people on the phone that there is nothing wrong with my device and it’s a network issue but didn’t believe me. There was a 3 mile radius maybe more that I couldn’t access any type of service. It’s very frustrating being on hold for 30 minutes just to get transferred over and over and repeating myself just to have the same answer that they see no problem in my area when I’m experiencing a issue across all my devices. Customer service really is very unhelpful including the automated process when calling
