We have 3 phones on our plan. We recently had to replace one of the phones using the insurance that we pay for. We received the new phone which is the exact same model as the old phone but now in our account overview it is showing the device as "not registered" For the life of me I cannot figure out how to correct this. I have tried activating the new device and the sim card, nothing has worked. The phone works except that it cannot receive picture or group texts.
