Placed an online order 5/6 at 11:38am. Website stated if order placed before 4:00pm it would be shipped same day (2-day) and should be received Thursday. I have received no tracking information as of yet. I went to My Verizon and the order isn't even showing as a recent order. I manually entered in the Order Number and Last Name and after 2 days the status still shows as process pending, check back tomorrow? The order confirmation email I received ststed at the bottom if I had any questions regarding my order to contact InternetOrders@Verizonwireless.com, which I've done and almost 24 hrs later I've heard nothing back from anyone either. I've been a customer for about 10 years and this is the first time I've ever had to question an order before. Can someone please help me figure out why this order is taking so long?
