I ordered a 15pro last week. Yesterday was disastrous. The UPS driver arrived with 2 packages, and I signed for them without looking. One was very heavy. Turns out one box was 3 accessories I'd ordered for the phone but the other was an Amazon paint order. Now UPS and Verizon are claiming I signed for the delivery - but I don't have the Phone!! Do the phones ever come in two packages - one for the phone and one w accessories? Thank you.
