My iphone 5 will not go to voicemail when I receive calls on it. It just rings about 5 times then hangs up. Im not sure when this started, but Ive just noticed it about 3 weeks ago. I was hoping it would fix itself, but no luck. No matter what number I am called from it never goes to VM.

Start by dialing *73 and then hitting send/call (as if you are calling that number). This will cancel all call forwarding in case it is related to that and is forwarding calls so they don't ever reach voicemail. That is where I would start though, and then go from there if that doesn't fix it....

I want you to be able to get your voice mail, Jordan. Is your device connecting to the internet? When did this start? Did you ever get your voicemails?

Thank you! This worked for me as well! My question now is how do I find out where my previous voicemails were forwarded to?
