I just moved to Asante in Surprise AZ. My cell service/reception is terrible. I might have switch carrier to get good service at my home

Many are having signal problems but so far nothing but scripts reply from Verizon no help or anything being done

bbushaw, hey there, I hope your weekend has been going well, besides your service issues. I can honestly say I rely on my phone for everything in my life now more than ever, especially with my 8-year-old son doing the whole remote learning debacle. We always want to get you the best service and I would hate to see you leave the family over this. I am here to help and we will get this figured out with what is going on with service. I checked Surprise, AZ and there are no service alerts. The closest alert is in Phoenix and we will figure out if it is related or it's own issue with your town. What do you experience with your service and signal (while off of WiFi)? When did you notice the issues start? How far from your location do you have to go to get a more reliable service? SantoC_VZW

Hi, I basically get about half a bar for service in my house. I can step outside and get about two bars. When I go a block or two away from house I get good service. It is super disappointing that I can't use my cell phone in my house! My neighbors that have Verizon report similar coverage. I live in a newer part of Surprise and suspect additional towers are needed. There new building around me and I hope the service doesn't get worse

bmbushaw, thank you for the helpful information you provided. My family and I cannot use our service in some parts of our house, so I can understand your concern. When you are in your home what specific services do you have issues with? Calls, text messages, or data? JacobG_VZW

I have the same issues in the same neighborhood. Calls don't go through, get dropped, breakup, issues with texts and internet as well. This is both inside and outside of my home
