Promise to pay/service interruption

Hi. I made an in store cash payment last week on my account. I called and set up a promise to pay with a representative on the remainder of my balance. While speaking to the representative, he assured me the promise to pay would secure my lines. I specifically asked if there would be any service interruptions, was told no, this promise to pay will hold the lines secured and services will lot be interrupted. This morning my services were suspended. Why? I cannot reach anyone in financial services because it is Sunday. Very frustrated.

It's way faster to set up a PTP on your own than wait an hour hoping someone on the other end does it.

Dial #PMT (768), you can set up an arrangement in under 4 minutes.

I would love to do that, however, my service was interrupted. I keep getting redirected to financial services which is closed today. I had promise to pay set up for Jan 4th. I don't understand why it is interrupted. I would understand if I was past the date, but the promise to pay was made on Friday for the 4th.

I'm sorry that your service was interrupted and you could not contact our Financial Services Team (866-266-1445) on Sunday as they do not work on Sundays, Coribeth. Is your service restored now (Tuesday 12/24/2019)?

I have a similar situation. I made a promise to pay days before my services were interrupted. And when I get off of work my services are cut off. The promise to pay to no where close to being due (fed 15). I have the confirmation where is shows on the app that I have a promise to pay set up. So why would my services be interrupted. Now I may have to pay reconnection fees for 3 lines because of something that's not my fault???
