I called Verizon Oct 17 asking when the 1000 promo was going to end because I wanted to get my trade in my grandsons iPhone 13’pro max I was told it’s expiring tomorrow after much conversation with rep there was nothing I could do but order and not be able to give to my grandson on Christmas Day.  She said the promo had dropped to 830 but she would log a promo adjust credit for me ticket number [Edited for Privacy] to call back when activation .   Ring Needles  to say I have yet to get any promotion on my bill yet and I’ve call spoken with many reps to only to be lied to over and over saying this was going to be corrected.  There is also a ticket problem will be solved 23-48 hrs. Call 11/14 call was 1 hour 54 mins long interaction ID [Edited for Privacy] I Have been lied to repeatedly and my account is being charged every month. This is unfair deception on Verizon part stop lying to customers my son got the 1000 credit 3 days before.  I understand if the promo dropped to 830 but don’t say I’ll log a ticket and adjust to 1000’then to top it off no promo has been put in my account up to 3 months now.  I am seriously considering speaking to an Attorney the stress that I been under. I know Verizon records calls and everything I’m saying can be validated.  I bet I’ve spent 12 hours on calls with all these reps. I have 5 phones long time customer and I’m totally discussed.

Promotions may be confusing at times, different qualifications such as upgrade vs new line, what plan is required for example.  We are more than happy to put a fresh pair of eyes on your promotion and  if Verizon has made an error, we will correct today.  Please respond to the Private Message that will follow so we may work together on your account details to get answers.
