How can I buy a tablet or chrome book without having to also purchase another line ? Or is that even possible?
Purchase a wifi version of the device and you won't need a line of service for it.
you can also buy one used off craigslist... I have done this, I have vzw ipads, I have bought on craigslist that I only use on wifi, they work fine.
