Reconnection Fees

Verizon charged me a $60 reconnect fee. I chatted with a representative and sent an email, to which they stated that they were not in the wrong for disconnecting my lines. I believe they made a mistake and should have credited my account $60. I feel that they should take the $60 off my current bill to make things right.
