For NO REASON, I woke up today and my Iphone 13 Pro is in SOS mode. I did NOT initiate that. I can receive nor do any outbound calling. I have 2 telemedicine appointments and a job interview. WT Heck is going on Verizon?

Based upon all the posts in this thread having similar ZIP codes, I suspect an outage has occurred. You can use https://downdetector.com to see if something's going on, or call Verizon to report an outage.
Precious129, ensuring you have only the best in service is our goal. I know it has been a few days since we last spoke. Are you still experiencing issues with SOS? Have you turned off Wi-Fi and restarted the phone to see if it connects to the Verizon network?
