Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender 2 for Enterprise stopped working

We have 3 of the Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender 2 for Enterprise in one in our facility. Since Tuesday all 3 went down and wont come back online. Watching the startup process they get to step 12 which says "Configuration download in progress". They sit here for sometime and then reboot. All 3 of them are doing this. Nothing has changed on our side and since this step is after the ipsec tunnel is created it has to be something on the Verizon side.
