I made a promise to pay agreement and I paid on the date that my payment was due. I woke up this morning and my service was interrupted and they will not allow me to speak with an agent until I make another payment. Verizon is taking all my money and I have other bills to pay I don’t understand why you give the option to set up a payment arrangement if you are just going to suspend the service anyways and request the full balance before you can speak with anyone. It is frustrating
