We do not get a cell signal in our house or outside on our property. When we do the calls are spotty or completely drop unless we are on wifi calling. This issue is not just my house but for my next door neighbor (my sister) who switched to T-Mobile because of this issue and our daughter who lives a street behind us and a block down. We upgraded our router and extenders also. I've called to see if someone could give me an answer other than what's been discussed in threads just like this. They've checked my zip code and said "everything is fine". Well it's not. When our wifi goes out we are stranded. It's happened already. I would feel better if someone from Verizon was honest and said that there's not a tower close enough to your house for you to get all your bars and it costs too much to satisfy a small handful of customers. The really sad part is the cell tower 3 doors down at our firehouse is a T-Mobile tower! It's kind of a no brainer but a headache to switch at the same time.
