Before you consider Verizon, its only a name and not a good one. They are the most dishonest mobile phone around!! I will say it took 17 days to get a phone overnighted and then finally I got a IT specialist to guide me through the process, He will never be known by Verizon as someone who finally HELPED me. Stop & Consider your other options. I would NOT consider Verizon! TRUST ME!!!!

Yes, there are those that have had bad experiences with Verizon. There are also many who have had great experiences with Verizon. The exact same can be said for every single carrier which provides cellular service in the US. Choosing one provider over another will not guarantee you will have a good experience with your cellular service just as choosing one provider over another will guarantee you will NOT have a good experience with your cellular service. TRUST ME.
