I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and have very little issue with coverage - 4G has worked great. In the last month I suddenly have absolutely no reception in my home and other areas close to my home. I have lived in this home for 10 years and have always had excellent service. Within the last month I suddenly cannot place call, receive a call, access the internet, etc. if I am in my house. If I step outside it isn't any better - I literally have to be a mile from my home before any service begins working again. My phone is not the only experiencing this issue. Every phone that is on my plan is having the same problem and visitors have complained about it. In addition I've talked to neighbors and friends that also live in the Riverton, Utah area and they are all having the same problems. I don't want to change to a new carrier, but this is becoming ridiculous that I cannot use my phone near my home. I don't have a landline and rely on the service that Verizon has offered. This is definitely an issue on the Verizon side. Is there something going on in the Riverton, Utah area that is creating this problem? Is this something that will be fixed?
