Hoping someone can reach out to me. I have received FedEx confirmation that my device was received, but I don't have any confirmation from Verizon that the rebate will be appearing. From all these comments ... I' m getting worried as this month's bill shows me getting charge for the trade-in credit I received last month. I've been getting the ring of death trying to submit a request online, and just don't have time with three young kids for the run around with hold times and phone calls. Can someone please contact me on next steps? Multi-decade Verizon customer here, and really need the help. Thank you!

lindseyw2486, we know how important it is to ensure you are receiving all of your anticipated offers and we can understand how concerning it would be to see a chargeback on your next bill. Can you share with us how long ago your trade was completed? Have you received any updates since your post for the trade in from Verizon?
