TravelPass not working

My TravelPass was enabled on 12/2. Worked perfectly. Pre-paid plan auto-renewed 12/11. Travelpass stopped working.
Roaming is on. $40 pre-loaded to account.
It literally stopped working for no reason. The global support line won't connect me to a human and hangs up and says no one is available. Online chat connected me to an agent then disconnected me and gave me a new agent for no reason. Now it won't give me an agent on my phone or computer. I am stranded in a foreign country and I can't get ahold of verizon. Now i see why my traveler friends hate verizon. 😞
